Sales Assistance:

Assist the internal sales team and distributors in generating quotes as necessary, maintaining the CRM system, and processing sales orders efficiently.

  • Provide customer support by offering order updates, addressing inquiries, and coordinating logistics.
  • Collaborate across departments to address customer issues, prioritizing satisfaction and prompt resolution.
  • Handle software activation requests in accordance with the CMS Software Activation protocol and update the CRM accordingly.
Operational Responsibilities:
  • Input approved purchase orders into the system.
  • Verify the accuracy of incoming orders, including pricing, shipping terms, payment conditions, and address details.
  • Maintain the CRM by following up on incomplete end-user information and providing order/shipping confirmations as necessary.
  • Support operational sales efforts during product launches.
  • Oversee product trade-ins during order processing, communicate return material details, and follow up with customers.
  • Manage the inventory of sales loaners, including follow-up and retrieval of loaned items.
  • Perform CRM tasks, ensuring accurate customer data, addressing exception reports, and maintaining data integrity.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our CMS system, including Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and Forms.
  • Complete project tasks as assigned by Sales Management.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Associate degree in business or a related discipline.
  • Proficient in database management and data entry.
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Exhibit professional phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficient in standard Microsoft Office applications.
