Job Overview

The Client Service Associate plays a pivotal role in supporting the Financial Advisor, ensuring that client interactions are handled with utmost professionalism and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare for client meetings and follow up by organizing necessary documentation, generating reports, scheduling appointments, and maintaining post-meeting records.
  • Address client inquiries related to processing, service, and issue resolution promptly while ensuring compliance with documentation standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with Broker Dealer for the establishment and maintenance of client accounts, ensuring adherence to compliance protocols.
  • Process and manage all account-related paperwork and requests, utilizing paperless procedures whenever possible.
  • Assist in the preparation of consolidated performance reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Maintain the CRM database, ensuring compliance with established client service models.
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities daily to achieve business objectives.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by the Senior Client Service Associate.
Qualifications
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities; capable of working independently while managing various tasks.
  • Ability to cultivate relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Education and Experience
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline is preferred.
  • Ideal candidates will possess over 5 years of experience in the financial services sector, with a solid understanding of broker/dealer operations and financial products.
  • Experience in a small business environment is advantageous.
