The Client Service Associate plays a pivotal role in supporting the Financial Advisor, ensuring optimal use of their time. This position demands exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities to deliver timely and professional information and education to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare for client meetings and follow up, including organizing necessary documentation, generating reports, scheduling appointments, and completing post-meeting records.
- Address client inquiries regarding processing, service, and issue resolution promptly and accurately, while maintaining compliance with documentation standards.
- Collaborate effectively with Broker Dealer for establishing new accounts, maintaining existing accounts, and ensuring compliance.
- Handle, submit, and manage all account-related paperwork and requests, ensuring completion through paperless methods (including eSignature) when possible.
- Assist in the preparation of consolidated performance reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Maintain the CRM database, ensuring adherence to appropriate client service models.
- Manage multiple priorities daily to achieve business objectives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Senior Client Service Associate.
- Proficient in advanced computer applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities; capable of working independently while managing various tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to foster relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- A Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in the financial services sector, providing a solid understanding of broker/dealer operations, financial products, and basic financial planning concepts.
- Experience in a small business environment is advantageous.
