New Home Sales Manager

Starlight Homes LLC is seeking a highly skilled New Home Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing sales and sales processes within assigned communities, monitoring and influencing mortgage investments, and overseeing office operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Manage and motivate sales agents to ensure high levels of sales performance
- Monitor and influence mortgage investments to ensure timely and efficient processing
- Oversee office operations, including scheduling, pricing, and customer service
- 4-year degree from an accredited college or university
- Valid/active driver's license
- 3-5+ years of successful sales management experience in new home sales
- 3-5+ years of proven track record in a direct selling role
- 3-5+ years of homebuilding experience
- Ability to work weekends
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to coach and train sales agents
- Support all members of the team and exude a collaborative approach
The work environment is typically sedentary in nature, but some walking and standing may be required. The fast-paced environment is subject to numerous schedule and priority changes and short-notice activity.
