Adams Homes New Home Sales Associate Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic New Home Sales Associate to join our sales team in our Orlando Division. As a New Home Sales Associate, you will be responsible for guiding prospects through the sales process with professionalism and enthusiasm, following up with prospects through our standardized CRM process, and implementing lead generating activities according to Adams Homes' guidelines for success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with Prospective Buyers: Discuss their needs, preferences, and budget for a new home purchase.
  • Show Model Homes: Showcase available inventory to potential buyers, highlighting features and benefits of the home and community.
  • Follow-up with Prospects: Utilize CRM software to follow our standardized process and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Manage the Sales Process: Negotiate purchase agreements and oversee the home construction process from contract to closing.
  • Build Relationships: Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work with marketing and construction teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to generate leads and increase sales.

Requirements:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective negotiation, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Valid Driver's License: Reliable transportation required.
  • Florida Real Estate License: Required for this position.
