Job Title: Sales Performance Manager

Location: Remote (USA)

Compensation: Uncapped commission opportunities based on team success, estimated at $80,000 - $150,000 per year.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Performance Manager to join our remote team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and enhancing revenue through data-driven coaching and support initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and Analyze Sales Metrics: Utilize industry-leading tools to track and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance sales team productivity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to align performance initiatives with business objectives, ensuring seamless communication and goal-oriented collaboration.
  • Sales Team Coaching: Develop and implement performance-enhancing coaching programs, focusing on individualized growth and development to drive sales team success.
  • Leverage Leads: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and capitalize on new leads, expanding opportunities and driving revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Analytical and Coaching Skills: Strong analytical and coaching skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in Sales Management: Proven experience in managing or mentoring sales teams, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue enhancement.
