Job Title: VP Sales and Business Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP Sales and Business Development to lead our sales organization and drive revenue growth for ResponsiveAds Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and identifying new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team, including sales representatives, account managers, and sales engineers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, industry events, and networking.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at top media publishers, advertising agencies, and brands.
  • Collaborate with the product team to understand customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities to leverage new technologies and innovations to drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the ad technology industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of online advertising technologies and landscape trends.
  • Established network of top media publishers, advertising agencies, and brands.
  • Ability to effectively analyze and track market opportunity, pipeline, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
