The Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to join our team as a Head of Business Development. This role is commission-only and requires a strong business development track record with direct experience in agency recruiting. As a key member of our team, you will focus on partnering with companies, building new relationships, negotiating contracts, and securing new business. You will have the opportunity to grow into VP and Director level and will be responsible for building the entire BD/Sales function, eventually leading a BD/Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with companies to build new relationships and secure new business
  • Negotiate contracts and develop business strategies
  • Grow into VP and Director level
  • Build and lead the BD/Sales team

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Life Sciences, Technology, or Finance
  • Consistent $1m+ biller
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful business development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
