The Role

We're seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to drive the growth of our B2B function as the VP of Wonder for Business. As a key member of our Growth organization, you'll be responsible for developing and executing the GTM strategic vision for Wonder for Business, ensuring alignment with overall company growth goals and targets. You'll own and manage the full P&L for the B2B business, overseeing Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Strategy & Operations teams.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the GTM strategic vision for Wonder for Business, ensuring alignment with overall company growth goals and targets.
  • Own and manage the full P&L for the B2B business, overseeing Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Strategy & Operations teams.
  • Build and maintain strategic enterprise-level partnerships to drive growth across both existing and new market channels.
  • Directly manage the Enterprise Sales team, providing guidance on deal structures, customer opportunities, and sales strategies.
  • Drive operational efficiency and transformation across key areas like onboarding, order-to-cash processes, product distribution, culinary and operational execution.
  • Collaborate closely with Culinary Engineering and our Operations team to evolve Wonder's product offerings and develop long-term growth roadmaps.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (Finance, Marketing, Production, Operations) to execute and support strategic initiatives.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience leading high-performing B2B teams, including experience managing enterprise sales functions.
  • Proven track record at a hyper-growth start-up or experience scaling a business from an early stage.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on inspiring and motivating cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, comfortable making tough decisions under pressure.
  • Ability to manage complex business relationships and drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives.
