The Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting and executing marketing strategies that embody the company's mission, principles, and brand identity. This position is focused on enhancing the organization's presence in the community and expanding its digital outreach across various regions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Digital Marketing:
    • Oversee website updates, ensuring content is relevant and engaging.
    • Act as the primary liaison with digital marketing partners.
    • Propose innovative ideas based on market analysis to keep the website dynamic and appealing.
    • Develop and curate content for various platforms.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing and sales efforts.
    • Plan and implement social media campaigns.
    • Foster relationships with digital marketing vendors.
    • Encourage and facilitate patient feedback through reviews.
  • Website Management:
  • Social Media: Manage platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Reputation Management: Maintain a positive public image.
  • Special Projects:
    • Assist in organizing significant events, such as symposiums and conferences.
  • Coordinate with corporate marketing teams and public relations consultants on media opportunities.
  • Support the creation and execution of a comprehensive Marketing Action Plan and Budget.
  • Serve as the main contact for external marketing agencies and community organizations.
  • Help define marketing strategies and performance metrics.
  • Monitor and evaluate marketing effectiveness to drive patient referrals.
  • Represent the organization at public relations events and seminars.
  • Promote a positive image of the organization to various audiences.
  • Supervise the collection and analysis of patient satisfaction data.
  • Conduct competitive market analysis and develop proactive marketing strategies.
  • Ensure alignment with corporate marketing and sales objectives.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials, including advertisements and newsletters.
  • Lead community engagement initiatives focused on patient outreach.
  • Develop reporting systems for practice statistics.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Travel may be required for conferences and networking events.
  • Identify and cultivate new referral sources through various outreach methods.
  • Collaborate with donor teams to manage donor relations.
  • Maintain detailed records of donor interactions.
  • Conduct outreach to educational institutions and community organizations.
  • Coordinate and manage participation in health fairs and community events.
  • Research and identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Meet regularly with donor teams to address concerns and updates.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including advertising and event coordination.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in marketing or a related field is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in direct-to-consumer marketing, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Experience in the fertility industry or collaboration with healthcare professionals is preferred.
