Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Community Engagement Specialist to join our team at Eidon AI. In this multifaceted role, you will combine the duties of a community builder, marketing strategist, and narrative creator. Your primary objective will be to cultivate and sustain a thriving community of developers and data providers, both individual and institutional, while developing a compelling narrative around Eidon.

You will collaborate closely with the founding team to effectively communicate Eidon’s mission and values to a wider audience. This includes attending conferences, organizing community events, and devising a comprehensive strategy for onboarding users and developers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement community engagement initiatives to attract and retain developers and data providers.
  • Produce and curate engaging content, including marketing materials and social media posts, to share on platforms such as X (formerly Twitter) and Farcaster.
  • Interact with the community to foster meaningful discussions and relationships.
  • Work with the team to craft an engaging narrative that aligns with Eidon's mission and values.
  • Monitor community feedback and provide insights to inform our community-building strategies.
  • Act as the representative of the Eidon community, embodying our brand and principles.

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Deep understanding of community dynamics and engagement techniques.
  • Experience in creating captivating content, including marketing materials and social media posts.
  • Active engagement on platforms like X and Farcaster, with a preference for candidates with an established following.
  • Alignment with Eidon's vision and core values.
  • Familiarity with Web3 technologies.
  • Ability to connect with individuals across diverse industries.
  • A fun, creative mindset that resonates with our mission.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of AI technologies.
  • Experience in game design or narrative development (e.g., Dungeons & Dragons).
  • Technical proficiency in AI and Web3 to engage effectively with potential partners and developers.
  • Experience in organizing events.
