About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Mentor Program Coordinator at Capital Factory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the seamless execution of weekly Office Hours meetings between entrepreneurs, Mentors, and guest VIPs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard new Mentors and help them integrate into our network.
  • Coordinate hundreds of Office Hours meetings each week, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all parties involved.
  • Provide VIP Tours for new Mentors and ensure they have a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each Mentor's expertise and interests to effectively match them with relevant events and companies.
  • Manage and maintain up-to-date KPIs on a monthly basis to track the success of our Mentor program.
