Role Overview
As a Client Services Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in fostering client relationships and ensuring a smooth service experience throughout the engagement process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Organize and coordinate client meetings, service deliveries, and project timelines to meet client expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the successful execution of services and projects, including the preparation and management of project documentation.
  • Monitor client satisfaction levels and gather feedback to identify opportunities for enhancement in service delivery.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients, providing initial training and support as necessary.
  • Manage administrative duties related to client services, including maintaining client records and preparing reports.
  • Work alongside the Client Services Manager to develop and implement processes that improve service quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications for Success:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to think critically to resolve client issues promptly.
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
