  • Comprehensive Full-Time Benefits, including Medical Coverage
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Guaranteed Hours with Weekly Compensation

Core Responsibilities:

As a caregiver, you will assist clients with daily living activities, which may include:

  • Performing household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and dishwashing
  • Preparing and serving meals
  • Assisting clients with personal hygiene and grooming
  • Providing companionship through engaging activities
  • Transporting clients to appointments or errands as needed
  • Monitoring and reporting on clients' well-being

Qualifications:

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to pass both state and national background checks
  • Possess a personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance with a clean driving record
  • Hold an active state NAC/CNA or HCA license
  • CPR certification is required
  • A minimum of one year of experience in home care, assisted living facilities, hospitals, or nursing homes

Why Choose Family Resource Home Care?

We provide 24/7 support for our caregivers, ensuring that assistance is always available when needed. Our caregivers are part of a collaborative team, never working in isolation.

Additional perks include:

  • Compensation for travel time and mileage between clients
  • Paid orientation and training sessions
  • A generous referral program with financial incentives
  • Access to ongoing training and educational resources
  • Recognition of our caregivers through regular communications

Application Process:

Our hiring process is streamlined for your convenience. After submitting your application, a recruiter will reach out to schedule an initial phone interview, followed by an in-person interview with the Branch Manager.
