Position Overview
Husky Senior Care has been a trusted provider of in-home support services for seniors since 2009. We are committed to delivering exceptional care to our clients throughout the Greater Seattle area. Our organization prides itself on fostering a nurturing work environment, supported by management that is always available through a 24-hour scheduling hotline. We focus on the growth and development of our caregivers, both personally and professionally.
Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will possess prior experience in senior care and demonstrate a strong commitment to their responsibilities. Essential skills include:
- Excellent listening and communication abilities
- A deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by seniors
- The capacity to provide companionship and assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation
We encourage individuals with a valid driver's license to apply.
Compensation StructureCompensation for each shift is determined by the duration of the shift. Caregivers will receive one hour's wage for travel time between clients, along with mileage reimbursement for distances traveled.
- 2-4 hour shifts: $24/hour
- 5+ hour shifts: $22/hour
