Role Overview: We are seeking individuals who possess a genuine passion for enhancing the lives of seniors. Ideal candidates should have prior experience in senior care, coupled with a robust work ethic. Strong communication and listening skills are essential, along with a comprehensive understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by elderly individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation and light housekeeping.
  • Facilitate transportation for clients as needed.

Compensation: Pay rates are determined by the duration of each shift:

  • 2-4 hour shifts: $24/hour
  • 5+ hour shifts: $22/hour

Additionally, caregivers will receive compensation for travel time between clients and mileage reimbursement.
