Transforming Sales Performance in Canada and Beyond
We are seeking an exceptional sales leader to spearhead Slack's Canada Sales organization, driving growth, and evangelizing our cloud-based enterprise solutions to new and existing customers. As the Head of Canada, you will be a customer-obsessed visionary with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, building strong relationships, and architecting growth.
About the Role:- You will set and execute Slack's Canada Sales strategy, leveraging your expertise to drive revenue growth and expansion.
- Maintain key customer relationships, develop strategies for expanding our customer base, and provide accurate sales forecasting.
- Manage the overall sales process, establish metrics for sales funnel management, and plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels.
- Leadership experience in strategic sales, with a strong track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing sales organizations.
- A consistent overachiever of quota and revenue goals, with 8 years of experience in software and/or applications sales, ideally in CRM, ERP, and/or B2B SW companies, selling primarily to CxO level executives.
- Proven success in building satisfied, loyal, and referenceable customers, as well as establishing strong relationships across all functions within a highly matrixed organization.
- Strong operational and analytical abilities, with experience selling cloud-based enterprise applications and achieving revenue growth through multiple enterprise software offerings.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with a focus on strategic enterprise sales experience and revenue achievement.

Salary Range: $250K -- $500K+
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
