Job Overview:

As the Sales Consulting Director at SeatGeek, you will be responsible for leading our Pre-Sales team in North America. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and technical skills to drive business growth and development. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales consulting, team management, and industry expertise in software, sports, or related industries.

The salary range for this role is $306,000 - $333,000 USD, which includes both annual base salary and incentive target. Your compensation package will be based on your skill set, years of experience, certifications, and specific location. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the Pre-Sales team in North America, developing strong relationships across SeatGeek's Sales, Client Success, Services, and R&D teams.
* Support sales in selling named new accounts and client success in renewing key clients.
* Design and deliver workshops, assessments, and strategies directly to prospects and customers, including the largest and most well-known sports teams and venues in the world.
* Be an industry expert by researching industry trends, understanding best practices, and working directly with SeatGeek clients.
* Own, nurture, and grow our most strategic technical partnerships across the sports technology space.

Requirements:
* Previous experience leading sales consulting teams, ideally in software, sports, or related industries with long, complex sales cycles.
* Demonstrable experience in coaching, developing, and team management.
* Demonstrable experience in understanding and solving complex technology, business, and integration issues.
* Experience working with senior executives both internally and at prospects and clients.
* World-class presentation and storytelling skills.
* Strong collaboration skills with a passion for helping others solve complex problems both internally and externally.
