About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director, Sales Consulting to lead our Pre-Sales team in North America. As the leader of this team, you will be responsible for the performance and development of business and solutions consultants.

You will develop strong relationships across SeatGeek's Sales, Client Success, Services, and R&D teams, supporting Sales directly while leading the strategy, development, and execution of the pre-sales function.

As an industry expert, you will research industry trends, understand best practices, and work directly with SeatGeek clients to own, nurture, and grow our most strategic technical partnerships across the sports technology space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, perform, and develop business and solutions consultants in North America
  • Support sales in selling named new accounts and client success in renewing key clients
  • Design and deliver workshops, assessments, and strategies directly to prospects and customers
  • Be an industry expert by researching industry trends and understanding best practices
Requirements
  • Previous experience leading sales consulting teams, ideally in software, sports, or related industries with long, complex sales cycles
  • Demonstrable experience in coaching, developing, and team management
  • Demonstrable experience in understanding and solving complex technology, business, and integration issues

Estimated salary range: $306,000 - $333,000 USD.
