Sales Director, Salesforce Leader

Madison Ave Consulting is seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Director, Salesforce to support our Salesforce Professional Services and Managed Services. This role focuses on performing key outbound activities to drive new business, build strategic relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem, secure new accounts, and deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities
- Perform key outbound sales activities to generate a pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Execute sales strategies for Salesforce Professional Services and Managed Services with a focus on enterprise-level clients.
- Exhibit a go-getter mentality to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with Salesforce leaders to drive collaborative opportunities.
- Mentor, train, and build a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of growth, innovation, and success.
Requirements
- Proven success in enterprise-level sales within Salesforce Professional Services and Managed Services.
- Must have experience working for a Salesforce Consulting or ISV partner, or in similar CRM and SaaS industries and an existing network of relationships.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce products and services.
- Established relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem, particularly with AEs and RVPs.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale client engagements and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
Salary and Benefits
$150,000 - $250,000 base salary, plus $75,000 - $125,000 variable incentive pay, comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, company laptop and equipment stipend, access to FSAs, full access to NYC office, and 401(k) program.
