- Compliance Monitoring: Initiate and manage compliance monitoring phone calls to patients, ensuring adherence to treatment plans and medication regimens.
- Medication Order Processing: Process medication orders in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring seamless communication with patients and healthcare providers.
- Insurance Verification: Verify insurance coverage for all patients, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of medication orders.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, delivering compassion and concern to all patients, while adhering to all state and federal laws.
- CPhT License: CPhT License preferred but not required.
- Strong Customer Service Skills: Outstanding customer service skills required, with ability to work professionally with pharmacists, medical providers, consultants, and other staff in a pharmacy environment.
- Communication Skills: Solid computer skills and ability to learn new systems, with excellent telephone and communication skills.
- Experience: Prior experience working in a specialty pharmacy or a call center setting preferred.
- Availability: Must be able to work full-time with availability during normal business hours (9:00 am to 5:30 pm Monday - Friday, 9:30 am - 1:30 pm Saturdays as needed).
- Language Skills: Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Chinese (a plus but NOT required).
