As a vital member of our Customer Success Center, the sales team is responsible for driving revenue and ensuring a premier customer experience.
This position will report directly to the Sales and Service Supervisor, fostering collaboration with both customer service and technical sales support teams. The successful candidate will play a significant role in a team-oriented environment, contributing to the overall success of sales and service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of customer interactions through calls, chats, and emails, while processing orders in real-time.
  • Exhibit exceptional multitasking skills to efficiently resolve customer inquiries and provide immediate assistance.
  • Generate and present real-time quotes to clients, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of product pricing and offerings.
  • Ensure precision and quality in delivering pricing information, upholding the company's commitment to same-day service.
  • Skillfully identify and understand the specific purchasing needs of clients, utilizing effective questioning techniques to uncover their requirements.
  • Exercise sound business judgment to determine additional support or escalation as necessary.
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on sales inquiries or perform customer discovery regarding their purchasing needs.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty during challenging interactions by employing excellent conflict resolution skills, resulting in a positive customer experience.
  • Communicate and collaborate across departments to provide accurate, up-to-date information both internally and to clients.
  • Contribute to gathering essential information for the continuous improvement of customer experience and driving company strategy.
  • Adhere to established sales processes and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service and sales skills.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years in a fast-paced customer-facing sales or service environment.
  • High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • Experience in technology-related B2B sales is preferred.
  • Proven track record of exceeding established sales quotas.
  • Preferred experience in managing interactions across multiple brands and utilizing various internal systems, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
