Construction Program Coordinator

OVERVIEW

Location: Spring, TX - ONSITE

Position Type: Direct Hire in-office role (no remote)

Compensation: Based on experience ($125K - $145K annual salary)

Eligibility: US Citizen or Green Card Holder ONLY

Position Summary:

GTN Technical Staffing and Consulting is seeking a Construction Program Coordinator to oversee, organize, and manage multiple construction initiatives for effective production implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a cross-functional team to ensure project completion within designated timelines, adhering to specifications and maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Define project tasks and allocate responsibilities among team members.
  • Conduct financial assessments, providing cost estimates for each project.
  • Develop and manage budgets based on projected costs.
  • Perform risk evaluations; communicate identified risks to management and propose mitigation strategies, including project termination if necessary.
  • Address inquiries, concerns, and complaints throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to equip them with necessary training and information to promote and sell new projects, programs, and systems.
  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
  • Carry out additional related duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to successfully pass drug screening and background checks.
  • Capability to complete assigned tasks punctually, as directed, with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effective time management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks appropriately.
  • Willingness to visit construction sites in varying weather conditions.
  • Comprehensive understanding of project requirements or the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Business, or Engineering is required.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience is required.
  • Project management certifications such as PMP, PgMP, CAPM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
