Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team at Weaver Consultants Group. As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing site work and system operations, supervising laborers or operators, and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Management: Oversee work performed on-site, assess job priorities, and make decisions accordingly.
  • Communication: Communicate with supervisors regarding project progress and provide instructions on tasks to be completed.
  • Project Coordination: Ensure timely completion of projects, maintain records and logs of work performed, and materials and equipment used.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understand pump controls and piping configurations, SCADA systems, and basic electrical safety requirements.
  • Inspections and Maintenance: Perform various inspections and maintenance tasks, including welding HDPE pipe and fittings.
  • Inventory and Supply Management: Inventory and request equipment and supplies as needed.
  • Compliance and Safety: Comply with and enforce company policies and procedures with an emphasis on safety, including lock-out / tag-out procedures.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school education.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years relevant construction experience, including experience leading a construction crew.
  • Skills: Leadership and strong collaboration skills, customer/client focus, decision making, ethical conduct, problem solving, and project management.
