Indotronix International Corporation is currently seeking a dedicated individual for the role of Customer Engagement Associate. This position requires a commitment to regular and predictable attendance, as it plays a crucial role in our team.

Compensation:
$22/hr on W2

Job Overview:
We are in search of a proactive and enthusiastic individual who is eager to contribute to our success as a Customer Engagement Associate. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication and listening skills, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service. A strong drive to achieve personal and team goals is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Engage with customers through various communication channels.
  • Process transactions at the point of sale.
  • Handle merchandise returns efficiently.
  • Oversee inventory management and markdown processes.
  • Maintain an organized stockroom and prepare store inventory.
  • Facilitate customer orders and ensure timely processing.
  • Identify and report safety and cleanliness concerns.
  • Restock merchandise as needed.
  • Ensure the store is clean and presentable.
  • Address customer complaints and escalate to management as necessary.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.

Educational Background:
Typically requires a high school diploma or GED, along with at least one year of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Indotronix is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
