Job Responsibilities:

  • Promote and uphold the high-quality image of the Red Wing brand through professional sales techniques.
  • Input customer data and sales transactions into our system, manage payments, and ensure accurate cash drawer balancing and daily reporting.
  • Accurately measure and fit each customer.
  • Articulate product features, benefits, and technical specifications to customers.
  • Engage in lead development for industrial sales while assisting customers.
  • Support the Mobile Sales Representative during on-site sales, fittings, and services.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is required, with 0-2 years of relevant experience or training.
  • Strong team collaboration skills.
  • Results-driven mindset.
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in computer usage.
  • Experience in retail footwear or wholesale is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend for lacing shoes, and climb ladders. Responsibilities also include store maintenance tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, waxing floors, washing windows, and setting up displays.
