Job Title: HR Employee Coordinator

Consolidated Employer Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Employee Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Employee Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new employees, including benefits, HR, and payroll.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new employees during the onboarding process.
  • Verify the accurate completion of necessary onboarding paperwork, including I-9 forms.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure timely and accurate completion of background checks and drug screenings.
  • Confirm employee payroll information and assist with new employee benefit enrollment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.
  • 0-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS systems.
