Job Summary

CAS is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to provide administrative support to the Human Resources Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistics for the Talent Acquisition team, assisting with onboarding activities, and supporting HR initiatives and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate logistics for the Talent Acquisition team, including working with hiring managers, candidates, interview panelists, calendar invites, and room reservations.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist HR Generalist with onboarding activities, including coordinating new hire administration tasks and providing administrative support.
  • HR Support: Provide administrative support to the HR Division, including budget forecasting and invoice tracking, responding to internal and external HR-related inquiries, and maintaining confidential information.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Support the OE/OD team by pulling reporting for participant completion by Division/Business Unit.
  • Event Planning: Attend design reviews to support room setup, logistics, equipment, and materials for in-person engagements or virtual instructor-led engagements.
  • Collaboration: Partner with administrative staff as needed on logistics and catering, and coordinate with external locations and facilitation teams for logistical support and contract details.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant experience.
  • Experience: 2+ years' experience in an HR support role.
  • Skills: Knowledge of HR processes and best practices, focus on details to ensure data quality and integrity, strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and work with staff at all levels, ability to organize and prioritize with guidance, and commitment to internal client and customer service principles.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with video conferencing technology, strong understanding of MS Outlook and MS Excel, and ability to handle data with confidentiality.
