Job Summary

This role provides payroll and administrative support to the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine's Research Business Office. The successful candidate will assist the Associate Director of Operations and Finance, HR Manager, Staffing Coordinator, and Grants Managers in maintaining salary grids and costing allocation updates for faculty and research staff. Additionally, this position will serve as the point of contact for UPHS and University systems access for new faculty and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain salary grids and costing allocation updates for faculty and research staff
  • Assist in workflow processes in Workday
  • Provide payroll and administrative support to the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine's Research Business Office
  • Serve as the point of contact for UPHS and University systems access for new faculty and staff
Requirements

High School Grad/GE Degree and 5 to 7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree with at least 1 year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
