About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team in the Philadelphia Office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
  • Ensure client needs are met throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage subcontractor payroll, including union and non-union workers
  • Analyze risks and opportunities to inform project decisions
  • Oversee project procurement and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Monitor project progress, address issues, and communicate status to stakeholders
  • Prepare and issue construction documents, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Use project management tools to track working hours, plans, and expenditures
  • Issue contracts and terms of agreement as required
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
  • Review and verify employee payroll before submission
  • Manage and update insurance certificates as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, construction management, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or a related role within the construction industry
  • Proven experience managing contracts, reviewing payroll, and handling insurance certificates
  • Excellent knowledge of construction procedures, material management, and project management principles
  • Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
  • Proficiency in MS Office and construction/project management software
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
