Key Responsibilities:- Identify and upsell prospects from our product-led growth engine to enterprise plans
- Develop expert-level insights on the impact and practical application of AI in recruiting
- Win complex sales with multiple stakeholders from initial contact to close
- Contribute valuable learnings from the market to our founders and product team to drive product improvement
- Build a strong network by working with the next generation of iconic companies
- A phenomenal platform for accelerated career growth
- 50/50 OTE split and uncapped, accelerated commission
