Job Overview

Essential Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail is a must.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and unexpected situations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a team environment.
  • Previous experience in an automotive dealership is preferred, along with basic knowledge of vehicle purchasing.
  • Familiarity with Reynolds and Reynolds software is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify the completeness and accuracy of all invoices.
  • Manage open items in accounts payable.
  • Generate accounts payable reports and maintain related files.
  • Prepare checks for accounts payable.
  • Reconcile monthly statements to ensure consistency with dealership records.
  • Post new and used vehicle inventory.
  • Record wholesale vehicle sales.
  • Process manufacturer rebates and warranty cancellations.
  • Engage with extended warranty and manufacturer online platforms.
  • Assist in contacting lenders regarding title statuses.
  • Support inquiries with County Clerks for registration updates.
  • Provide additional clerical and administrative assistance as needed.

Work Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday
Compensation: $16.00 per hour, based on experience.
