Office Manager Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager Assistant to join our team at Alejandra Bustamante - State Farm Agent. As an Office Manager Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish, as they will be responsible for assisting with Hmong-speaking clients and handling translations. The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionThe Office Manager Assistant will be responsible for assisting the office manager in daily administrative tasks, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence. They will also coordinate office activities and ensure the office is well-maintained and stocked with necessary supplies. Additionally, the Office Manager Assistant will provide excellent customer service to Spanish-speaking clients and assist with translations.
