Interview Scheduler

An Asset Manager is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Interview Scheduler to support the Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinate logistics for in-person, virtual, and phone interviews, ensuring that all participants have the necessary details (e.g., time, location, Zoom links).
  • Communicate interview details to candidates and provide them with any necessary preparation materials.
  • Manage and optimize recruiters' and hiring managers' calendars to ensure the interview process runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and proactively address potential issues to minimize delays.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interview schedules and candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Assist with preparing interview materials, such as agendas and feedback forms.
