Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Retail or Sales.
  • Creative individual with sound judgment and an awareness of business trends.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and a strategic thinker.
  • Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrates active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven track record in training and developing high-performing store teams.
  • Proficient in technology systems, applications, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing tools.
  • Ability to operate a computer and POS System.
Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the work shift, frequently bend, squat, twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder to access merchandise or supplies, and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.
