The Children's Learning Centers of Fairfield County (CLC) is a prominent organization dedicated to delivering comprehensive family support services. We are seeking to expand our Family Service Team by adding a Family Service Worker who will play a vital role in fostering family engagement and ensuring access to essential resources for families with young children.
Key Responsibilities
The Family Service Worker will be responsible for:
- Facilitating family engagement initiatives.
- Providing referrals to necessary services based on family needs.
- Overseeing the recruitment and enrollment process for families, including conducting intake and eligibility assessments.
- Managing a designated caseload of families.
- Collaborating with external service agencies to enhance support.
- Working closely with educational staff to align services with family needs.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a related field.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or Social Work.
- Bilingual skills are preferred.
