Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator/Interview Scheduler to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels across multiple time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interview Coordination
    • Monitor and streamline the interview process to ensure consistency and avoid scheduling conflicts or logistical issues.
    • Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
    • Coordinate logistics for in-person, virtual, and phone interviews, ensuring that all participants have the necessary details.
  • Candidate Communication
    • Communicate interview details to candidates and provide them with any necessary preparation materials.
    • Serve as the point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Logistics and Administration
    • Work closely with the HCM team, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on recruitment goals, priorities, and expectations.
    • Ensure candidates have a positive interview experience by maintaining clear and professional communication.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience
    • 1-2 years of proven experience in an administrative, HR, or scheduling role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience in a Financial Services Firm preferred.
  • Skills
    • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and familiarity with Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and calendar management tools.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
