Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily support to employees

- Focus on employee engagement and retention strategies
- Work closely with hiring managers to define candidate qualifications and execute a recruitment strategy
- Research and propose innovative methods for sourcing exceptional talent
- Screen applications, conduct interviews via phone or video, and coordinate in-person interviews
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records
- Stay informed about employment laws and compliance requirements

Qualifications
- Ability to inspire others with an energetic, friendly, and approachable demeanor
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of Human Resources practices and legal standards
- A minimum of two years of experience in HR or People Operations and Recruitment
This position is based in New Jersey.
