Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily support to employees

  • Oversee the onboarding of new employees
  • Prepare new hires for their initial day and ensure access to essential resources
  • Focus on employee engagement and retention strategies
  • Work closely with hiring managers to define candidate qualifications and execute a recruitment strategy
  • Research and propose innovative methods for sourcing exceptional talent
  • Screen applications, conduct interviews via phone or video, and coordinate in-person interviews
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Understanding of Human Resources practices and legal standards
  • A minimum of two years of experience in HR or People Operations and Recruitment

This position is based in New Jersey.
