Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Homecare Coordinator to join our team at Allpro Homecare. As a Homecare Coordinator, you will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and onboarding caregivers, as well as maintaining client schedules and ensuring timely communication with clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Onboarding
    • Recruit, interview, and onboard new caregivers to meet staffing needs
    • Complete thorough background checks and reference verifications
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client schedules
    • Coordinate with caregivers to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
  • Client Communication
    • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
    • Provide timely updates and notifications to clients regarding scheduling changes or other important information
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports
    • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the team
Requirements
  • Education
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience
    • VA Homecare Scheduling and Recruiting experience required
    • Experience with Axiscare or other scheduling software systems preferred
  • Skills
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to work well in a team environment
    • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office, MS Excel, and MS Word
