Reporting to the Head of Executive Recruiting, this high-visibility role will provide high-quality candidate engagement, interview scheduling, and overall coordination for Executive-level talent being considered for employment at Chewy. You will run the entire candidate coordination lifecycle to include facilitating the candidate experience, owning data and systems management, coordinating interview schedules across multiple teams/locations, making travel arrangements, and serving as an overall candidate concierge as they engage with Chewy during our interviewing and selection process. Your ability to partner closely with the Executive Recruiters, Chewy business leaders, and candidates is paramount. We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, proactive, customer-focused professional with strong business insight and excellent communication and relationship building skills.

What You'll Do:

This role will influence candidate and client experience by:

  • Scheduling virtual and on-site interviews and coordinating with Executive Recruiters and Executive Assistants (EAs) supporting senior leaders at Chewy
  • Work as an in-person liaison for Executive candidates when they visit the Plantation, FL Headquarters (as needed)
  • Ensuring an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow-up, high quality coordination of all aspects of the interviewing cycle at Chewy, and exceptional communication with executive candidates from initial contact to start date
  • Entering candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System, with a solid attention to detail, ensuring appropriate parties have access to accurate and vital information in a timely manner
  • Proactively ensuring a high-quality candidate experience at Chewy with a sense of ownership
  • Managing complex calendars and scheduling of internal and external meetings, applying various systems and tools
  • Prioritizing high priority tasks, often simultaneously, and action items, ensuring on-time delivery
  • Independently solving problems in a fast-paced environment
  • Managing sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years of related support experience in complex and fast-paced environments
  • A high degree of professionalism with a customer service approach; positive attitude with a 'no task too big or too small' mentality
  • Excellent communication skills, strong writing/proofreading skills including grammar, punctuation, and spelling via multiple channels (phone, email, text, chat, and in-person)
  • Demonstrate excellent judgment, discretion and sensitivity when working with high profile executives and confidential information
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate roadblocks, handle partner concerns, and effectively manage competing priorities
  • Make inquisitive and timely decisions; understand when to take ownership of a decision and when to involve other parties
  • Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
  • React with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to work flexible hours across multiple time zones, depending on the needs of the candidates and the team
