As a Human Resource Generalist, you will play a key role in assisting with daily functions of the HR department, including ATS processing, onboarding, HRIS administration, benefits, and leave. Your responsibilities will include facilitating the hiring process, conducting background checks, implementing employee programs, and maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. You will also handle employment-related inquiries, maintain knowledge of trends and best practices in human resources, and perform other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least one year of human resource management experience. A PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
