This position requires a comprehensive understanding of HR practices and a strong ability to handle multiple HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns.
  • Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts, conducting investigations as necessary.
  • Promote a positive work environment through effective employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support the performance review process, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning.
  • Assist managers in addressing performance issues and implementing improvement plans.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee training programs.
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Provide guidance to employees on benefits enrollment and claims.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics.
  • Assist in developing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.

  • 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
