We are in search of an enthusiastic and engaging Bilingual Talent Specialist to enhance our human resources initiatives. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in communication and possess the ability to inspire others. As a Bilingual Talent Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our talent enhancement strategies, utilizing your creativity to design captivating training programs, conduct impactful training sessions in Spanish, and translate internal documents with precision.

Compensation:

$51,500 yearly

Key Responsibilities:
  • Innovative Development: Craft engaging and effective training materials that not only educate but also inspire our team.
  • Dynamic Delivery: Facilitate interactive training sessions in Spanish, leveraging your engaging approach to motivate participants.
  • Accurate Translation: Translate internal documentation from English to Spanish, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and cultural relevance.
  • Supportive Engagement: Assist with various HR initiatives, bringing your enthusiasm to enhance our workplace culture and team experience.
Required Qualifications:
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both languages. Proven ability to translate documents accurately and deliver training sessions effectively in Spanish.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering training programs, preferably within Human Resources or a related field. Experience in creating engaging content and training materials is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for engaging, influencing, and motivating others. Ability to foster a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Proficiency in developing and presenting creative training solutions that are both engaging and effective. Experience in utilizing innovative methods to enhance learning and development.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of the role.
  • Familiarity with HR software and learning management systems (LMS). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
  • Experience in customer service or related roles, showcasing strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing exceptional support.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, willing to contribute to various HR tasks and initiatives as needed.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change, with the ability to modify training methods and HR practices to meet evolving organizational needs.
