Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment and Hiring: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage the hiring process, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
- Benefits and Compensation: Administer and maintain employee benefits, compensation, and payroll systems, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and support the development of a high-performing team.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and identify and mitigate potential risks to the organization.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: At least one year of human resource management experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications: SHRM-CP or equivalent certification preferred.
