Position Overview
Title: In-home Support House Manager
Location: Wakefield, MA
Compensation: $22 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday (12pm-8pm), with flexibility to accommodate individual needs.

Key Responsibilities
The In-home Support House Manager is tasked with overseeing the daily operations of the residence, ensuring adherence to agency policies and compliance with regulatory standards. This role is vital in maintaining a high-quality living environment while safeguarding the rights and well-being of individuals in the program.
- Supervise the medical, nutritional, and general welfare of individuals.
- Contribute to the development and periodic review of the Individual Service Plan (ISP) in collaboration with staff.
- Conduct regular meetings with individuals to address concerns, plan activities, and discuss household routines.
- Engage with individuals and participate in community activities, fostering integration and relationship-building.
Qualifications
- High School diploma required; a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of three years of experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities or similar needs is required.
- Experience collaborating with families and other service providers is preferred.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification is necessary.
- A strong passion for supporting individuals is essential.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a satisfactory driving record are required.
- Successful completion of background and reference checks is mandatory.
