Position Details
Title: In-home Support House Manager
Location: Wakefield, MA
Compensation: $22 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday (12pm-8pm); flexibility required to accommodate individual needs.

Key Responsibilities
The In-home Support House Manager oversees the daily operations of the residence, ensuring adherence to agency policies and compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring the medical health, nutritional standards, and overall welfare of residents.
- Contributing to the development and periodic review of the Individual Service Plan (ISP) in collaboration with staff.
- Conducting regular meetings with residents to address concerns, plan activities, and discuss household routines.
- Engaging with residents and participating in community and program activities to foster integration and relationship building.
Qualifications
- High School diploma required; a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of three years of experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities or similar needs is required.
- Experience collaborating with families and other service providers is preferred.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification is mandatory.
- A strong commitment to supporting individuals is essential.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a satisfactory driving record are required.
- Successful completion of background and reference checks is necessary.
