Position Details
Title: In-home Support House Manager
Location: Wakefield, MA
Compensation: $22 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday (12pm-8pm), with flexibility to accommodate individual needs.

Key Responsibilities
The In-home Support House Manager oversees the daily operations of the residence, ensuring adherence to agency policies and compliance with regulatory standards. This role is essential in maintaining a high-quality living environment and safeguarding the rights and well-being of individuals in the program.

  • Supervise the medical, nutritional, and general welfare of individuals.
  • Collaborate in the development and periodic review of the Individual Service Plan (ISP) with all staff.
  • Conduct regular meetings with individuals to address concerns, plan activities, and manage household routines.
  • Engage with individuals and participate in community and program activities, fostering integration and relationship-building.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma required; a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities or similar needs is required.
  • Experience working with families and other service providers is preferred.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification is necessary.
  • A strong commitment to supporting individuals is essential.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record are required.
  • Must successfully pass background and reference checks.
