Position Overview

Title: Residential Support Program Supervisor
Location: Not specified
Compensation: $22 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday (12pm-8pm) with flexibility to accommodate individual needs

Key Responsibilities
The Residential Support Program Supervisor is accountable for the daily management of the residence, ensuring adherence to agency policies and regulatory standards. This role is essential in maintaining a high-quality living environment while safeguarding the rights, freedoms, and confidentiality of individuals in the program. Responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing the medical, nutritional, educational, and general well-being of individuals.
  • Collaborating in the creation and periodic review of the Individual Service Plan (ISP) with all staff members.
  • Conducting regular meetings with individuals to address concerns, plan activities, and discuss household routines.
  • Engaging with individuals and participating in community and program activities, while fostering community outreach for integration and relationship building.
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma required (Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities or similar needs
  • Experience collaborating with families of individuals supported and other service providers preferred
  • Current CPR & First Aid certification required
  • A strong commitment to supporting individuals is essential
  • Valid Driver's license, reliable transportation, and a satisfactory driving record
  • Successful completion of company background and reference checks required
