- Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects adhere to building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
- Project Monitoring: Regularly review weekly labor to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Supply Chain Management: Coordinate the delivery of equipment and materials to job sites.
- Project Closure: Generate punch lists and oversee the completion of final project tasks.
- Site Visits: Visit job sites regularly to monitor progress and resolve any issues that arise.
