We are in search of a Customer Experience Trainer who will be responsible for equipping our support, sales, and customer service personnel through engaging seminars and interactive training sessions.
The responsibilities of the Customer Experience Trainer include:
- Creating both digital and printed educational resources (such as videos and manuals)
- Organizing informative seminars focused on product features and effective sales strategies
- Facilitating role-playing exercises to enhance interpersonal skills (including negotiation, teamwork, and conflict resolution)
- Planning regular training sessions (monthly or quarterly)
- Ensuring that new hires complete essential sales training courses, covering communication and troubleshooting skills
- Collaborating with management to promote on-the-job coaching (for handling challenging client interactions)
- Establishing mentorship initiatives for new customer support specialists
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs on employee performance and customer satisfaction
- Keeping comprehensive records of training materials and curricula
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience as a Customer Experience Trainer or in a comparable role
- A background in sales or customer service is advantageous
- Knowledge of interactive learning methodologies
